I downloaded the DA:O Deluxe Digital Edition from the EA store. Everything went fine, had to wait till 5 november to be able to start installing it though, which I thought was weird since global release date was 3 november. Anyways, I download the wallpapers and the soundtrack, install the game and check the DLC tab. Only two items appeared there which were free to DL, so I checked my e-mail to see if I missed anything, and there it was. I would receive another e-mail when the content was available, now it's some hours later and I still don't have that e-mail. I am able to run the game fine, no connection problems or whatever. I'm just not receiving any redeeming codes in my inbox. Am I wrong in expecting redeem codes? Am I at fault somewhere? Because I have registered my game on this social network, but the extra's I'm supposed to get off pre-ordering, and off of the fact that it's the collector's edition (digital) shows nowhere. Neither does the Mass Effect 2/DA:O Armor. Any help would be very much appreciated. Or am I just impatient and is that e-mail going to land anytime soon?
Deluxe Digital Edition, where are all the extra's?

I have the exact same problem.. I have chosen to contact EA customer service as the email says.. Now i'm just waiting for a reply..

There's been a few players noting that purchases from the EA Store (and other digital e-tailers) did not get their codes in an email. Please contact EA Store (or your e-tailer) as they should definitely be giving you this.

Well since a lot of people who bought it from the EA store seem to encounter this, it's probably just a delay or malfunction of some sort. At least they can't ignore all these paying customers, right?

Yeah, well, a reply saying "got a little glitch here, working on it" would have been nice, especially since their own 24 hour deadline for a response has passed.

I don't think the words "a few" are correct or a good choice. It seems like EVERY Customer of the German Digital Deluxe Edition hasn't got any keys until now. There are many threads in different forums which are able to proof you that this is a general problem. Since most are in german language there are still no replys. Seems like you only hired moderators but nobody who is actually able to help us or who reads the german forums.
It would be really nice if you could help us with this.

Same problem here - ordered via steam , deluxe edition etc. Hopefully this will resolve asap, quite annoying when they are marketing a product with these kind of bonuses.
