(OFF: I purchased the digital download for 51 Euro, today I saw it in Tesco for 40 EURO!!!!!!!!, strange is it? cheaper to burn on cd, shipping than let you download it)

We just don't know how difficult is to send email these days. It requires special skills. Well maybe we will get codes around Christmas?

Support did not answer to me either. Bunch of helpless retards. I will never buy An EA game again. I am sorry because the guys at Bioware made a good job, its a shame EA makes a mess out of it!

For those of you expecting a email from steam you won't get one. Right click on dragon age in the games menu and select "view game CD key". All of your game keys will be there copy them to the clip board and paste them at the bioware site to enable the extra content. You can also register you game from the pull down. Hope this helps the steam folks expecting e-mails.

I bought the game the day it come out, on the 3rd, I have been watching this forum and checking my emails, but I have not received any emails. My one email sent to the support team, was responded by a computer saying please wait up to 24 hours just to get a real response from somebody. Lota bs here. I am rather unsatisfied and don't really want to play the game without the content.

If you bought it from EA store and are still waiting for codes talk to an agent on the EA live chat support and they will do it manually for you.

The problem for me is that i redemd the code and regrestered the game but still on all 3 tabs on the downloads in dragon age dd edtion there is still nothing there!



I should atleast get back my money!

If you dont wont to give me my delux items!

They've replied 3 times to me each time telling to wait more. wtf, why can't they just give me my damn codes instead of saying stupid things like "we're investigating, please wait blah blah" - complete retards. So much for a digital pre-order.

To all those who purchased through EA Store, this works, just chatted with Scarlett and explained the problem. She seems to have added them manually as when I click on 'your registered game promotions' from the 'profile' drop down list on the left of this page they have now appeared in there and were not there before.

Pre ordered through steam, tried 95% of the user created "DLC not working", i got my special CD key which should give me access to my items & still, i can not download my items.



I'd like my 8 euros extra back please.



Also, bioware, quit acting like you are blizzard, you are better at customer support. At leats you were, before DA:O launched...

I send to EA a lot of email ... no reply! I buy the digital deluxe from EA store. Is this the support for a pay client?

I got the same issue with the digital version from steam, but well it seams that its a wide issue, it will hopefully get fixed, still great game.

Steam don't send any codes at all, you can view your codes within steam.

I also bought the game with steam, had no problem redeeming, my problem was the downloaded contents were only usable for version 1.0!!!

I can confirm that there is no such issue with Digital Deluxe Edition purchased via Steam. Smooth sailing on Steam.

I ended up purchasing the content due to the content not showing up after 4 days it showed up  while I had already purchased the Digital Deluxe download through steam.
Now I am waiting 20mins for a customer service rep at EA so I can get a refund on the purchased points 8(

hello all
as u do, i've buy a DA LE on EA online store. At the beggings all special item was successful dowloaded, nd i start to play the campaign using a uman. After some day i see that i dont get the special item in game, so i look after that i must activated it first. Well i do but some problem appear.
first one the Memory Band louse its stats bonus
second one the Embri's Many Pockets at beginning appear as i download it, but never see it in game after activate it, nd from two day ago, that item reset nd still stand in download but none byte will download.
I ask u guys, to ear any help that u would me give
so much thanks

Well, they can always try and google it.

I am waiting for the codes since 2nd November and hopefully by Christmas I get at least DLC's

Maybe they meant 48 days from the realese date, not 48 hours?

Hell, at least they should come up with some explanation! I am getting tired of this
