Its normal for EA. I am waiting for 240 hours, contacting their support daily. At this point I hope to at least get my money back.

My wife and I have the same problem in Hungary.

One of my friend had the same problem. She also sent a mail to the support, and they answered to her (miracle!!!). After that they fixed the problem. She downloaded the DLC-s. Unfortunately they don't like me, so they don't answer to me.

This actually did work but the first time I tried, after waiting 24 minutes, I got a message saying my chat request was denied. But it worked just yesterday for me. Also a side note, I think the soundtrack only comes with a preordered version of the game, which I bought it on the day of release. (This may be a hint for people who were looking for it.)Ashbery wrote...
If you bought it from EA store and are still waiting for codes talk to an agent on the EA live chat support and they will do it manually for you.

For steam users:
I feel like a total N00b even admitting this epic fail but here goes...
Right click the DA:O in your "my games"-tab and select "view game CD-key"
there should be listed your DDE key.
I didn't even think to do this until just now....fail
