same problem for a french customer , dowloaded from EA, and nothing yet

Downloaded from EA the Deluxe edition and didnt get any DLC codes.Im guessing Europe launch date is 6th of November so we got to wait?



And ingame in downloadable content i can only see wardens keep and stone prisoner.Where are the other stuff?

I have the golem and the keep listed but unable to download it as i have no points or codes ... do we will have the codes the 6 nov ?

I'm beginning to think so. Weird as it was released the 5th.

Same problem here (with EA Store/Digital Deluxe). I remember reading a post yesterday saying the extra codes are only being sent on Friday even though we got the game on Thursday and the e-mail we received on Monday told us that within the next 48 hours. Friday sounds weird and I really can't see what the point would be in delaying few simple codes.

Same problem here too.

I just talked to the store and they said they had problems with the server and was working on it.

Another point was do to server problems, they could not access problems/question sent in to them. I sent a question on Monday and the guy I talked to said he could see the querry, but could not open it.

What are you so surprised about? It's an EA Store for crying out loud...
I'll wait with my purchase till all this crap is sorted out...

EA replied to me, but only to ask additional order information (as if they can't look it themselves), so no codes yet.

Running vista or win7? Try running the game as administrator. But most importantly, make sure your firewalls or antivirus software isnt blocking the dragonage updater. This caused the issues for me.



Got all the DLC working fine now in EU. Even the online purchased ones.

It's not that problem.
The problem is the email with the codes didn't arrive.

That's fine and all but we don't have the codes to activate the DLC. EA didn't send us any. That's the problem

I just talkedto a customer service employee and he told me that the missing redemption-key(s) for the bonus content will be send out via mail tomorrow. Let's hope this is correct at least.

using steam you should recieve 3 cd keys, Using 2 of those with the redeemtion option on this site will allow you to get the extra content. first register your game here using the game cd key and then select the redeemtion link.



deluxe edition cd key and preload cd key for extra items



the 3rd one thats named "game cd key" is the key for the game.

If you got the game through Steam, (as far as I know) - you will not receive any emails with these CD keys. Right click the game in Steam and select the Show CD Keys option (forgot exact wording) and it should list up to 3 CD keys with details of what they are for. If you have already done so and the DLC are not showing from within the game, launch services.msc and see if the Dragon Age: Origins - Updater (forgot exact wording on this as well) are started, if it isn't, Start it up and it should initialize downloading and installing of DLC in the games UI. Also make sure you have logged in from within the game of course.

People, please never ever buy any games in digital form from EA buy them from Steam. Valve are veterans, from order to download it took me about an hour to have the game installed. Dragon Age Origins is my ninth game I have purchased over the Steam network and it was a flawless experience.

25% price difference against Steam. Probably the major reason for most of us. Steam is never cheap and always well over retail prices but this time EA Store offered the same package for 25% less.. though clearly not without issues.

right click the game in steam, view cd key. use the game cd key as the promo code. will auto download after that. i JUST did it and it works. If its not downloading after its been accepted, you have to run it in admin mode.

Same problem here.. Bought the Deluxe version from Steam.. and I have now redeemed my codes trough the game.. but I got a "your code have been redeemed".. and still nothing in game.. We pay for extra contend.. redeem the codes.. and then dont get what we have paid for?

and did u check the other tabs ingame? to see if its already downloaded and installed? it does it automatically.
