Got my DC at EA store ...

Ordered the deluxe verison via EAstore, and no redeem codes yet.



Just talked to a DK EA rep over the phone, He told me that the redeem codes would go out within 48 hours of the game going live.

From what he said it sounded like that information was supposed to be in my order confirmation email, which it is not, it states that codes will be e-mailed when the game ships.



I suspect a cover up for technical difficulties on their end, but he did promise that they would arrive tomorrow.

i got mine from gamestop online but just got the activation code and the lucky stone item but no redeem codes ill try emailing gamestop

I'm having the same problems with EA store, still haven't recieved any codes for downloadable content and still haven't got a response to the e-mail I sent to the customer service yesterday.

Though I am a little relieved that it isn't just me having those problems (sorry if it seems like I'm rubbing it in)

http://customersuppo...ginapp/login.do doesn't even seem to work, it leads to "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." when logging in. So there is no way to register a complaint even. Maybe a Bioware could help out a bit so we could get our extras?



Second question: If I start a new game, will I get any special content added later to the game already in motion or does it only get added to a new game? Would be double frustrating to restart to get the content.

I have gotten my content now, but i havent been able to install it.. "btw i went trough the live chat and they fixed it

You can start playing and add the codes as you get them, the items either show up at shopkeepers or in your inventory.

I've yet to recieve my keys though, all I have is this belt, I could do with a new companion and wardens keep.

What's going on, EA/Bioware?



Same problem here; I bought the Digital Deluxe version over Steam. All 3 codes have been used successfully (1 Game registration + 2 DLC codes) on this website to register game and Redeem codes - yet nothing is showing in the in-game DLC menus.



Is the game code bugged in any way, are we waiting for a patch to make the Window clients able to talk to the EA DLC servers?

yeah JoarThu that's what I have as well. I guess it's not such a big deal for me yet as the game won't play past the origin story for me....

If you got the game through Steam, (as far as I know) - you will not receive any emails with these CD keys. Right click the game in Steam and select the Show CD Keys option (forgot exact wording) and it should list up to 3 CD keys with details of what they are for. If you have already done so and the DLC are not showing from within the game, launch services.msc and see if the Dragon Age: Origins - Updater (forgot exact wording on this as well) are started, if it isn't, Start it up and it should initialize downloading and installing of DLC in the games UI. Also make sure you have logged in from within the game of course.

I have mu DLX Edition, but have only two codes - one for Stone Prisoner, and one for Blood Dragon Armour.... Where is the rest? I have Warden's Keep listed but need to buy it. WTH?

I just got a reply from EA CS saying that due to a delay the pre-order codes haven't been sent out yet, and that I should be receiving the codes within the next 48 hours.
