Patience. Its only jsut unlocked from Ea. I imagine batch emails are being processed now

I bought from Impulse and got the codes. My Ring's code the site says is invalid. The Deluxe pack was accepted but I don't see any of the items to download. Submitted a ticket to EA but two days later and no response. Silly me for spending extra money to get nothing.

I pre-ordered via Steam, a little while after launching the game, I received 2 extra cd-keys from an in-game Steam message. In order to properly redeem them, had to click on "Redeem Code", then minimize out of game where an internet window popped up, i logged in to my account and entered my 2 codes there. That allowed them to download in-game along with all other premium content (which had already downloaded automatically). Fairly complex to get all content...
PS. I was logged in to my account while in-game.

Yep same here this is NOT funny,and it seems The USA people who have had the game for 3 days now have the same problem,some of them are saying they have sent 20+ emails to EA store over a 3 day period and have STILL not had a reply or the codes

Just talked with EA support and they said they have sent out all mails with codes. Told them I didn't get ****, now escalated to senior staff.

I have my codes, I've entered everything, I downloaded everything but stone warden, and now all of it is unavailable and my stone warden download isn't there anymore.. Please fix this.

had the same problem UNTIL I FOUND OUT THAT the Dragon Age: Updater SERVICE was not running ... after I started it , it showed up in the game

If your codes are working fine but no DLC shows up in-game, try this :
Locate 'daupdater.exe' in the DragonAge/bin_ship folder - rightclick it and under Compatibility tab, choose 'Run this program as Administrator'.
It solved the problem for me. (Windows Vista 64-bit)

okay so I can register my codes on the social site, but when I log into my game it says my code has been used and that I should buy the game...
I bought it on Impulse and redeemed all my content, just it will not play or realize that I have a code registered to my account

Same problem in France, bought the game yesterday evening. But my email doesn't mention anything about the codes for DLC being sent latr in a separate email... At the contrary they say the codes should be listed under the command list, but the only code listed there is the main serial code (and registering the game with it on bioware didn't give any DLC either, obv).
Contacted their support as well.. But I've had terrible experiences with EA support in the past.. I really wish I had ordered via DLgamer as usual :/ (I chose EA because they list more bonus stuff in their advertisement, but they probably just offer the same thing in fact?).

I dont have email with codes from EA too, i just got "reguular" items in game but not warden's keep or stone prisoner code, I send ticket to them but for now still didnt get any message(but here be 7:32AM)

Still no mail from the EA store with the codes for my EA DDE edition.
Send a mail to the customer support site and am waiting for a reply.
Quite an annoying oversight, the publisher not sending the codes to their direct costumers.
First time I ordered directly from the EA Store and looks like it's going to be the last.
