This is not a huge thing, but I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition off Steam, and while I got the DLC working in-game (Steam showed my my DLC CD keys just fine, which i was able to redeem no problem), I have seen zero evidence of the soundtrack and wallpapers that were promised.
I'm not exactly pining for them, here, but I am curious as to where they might be at.
Deluxe Digital Edition, where are all the extra's?

Same problem with the DDE from EA store. Got 5 of my codes, but still missing 3. Last time I ever buy anything from them.

Hi guys i think ive solved this..log ur account in the start screen of the game,then try to execute daoupdate.exe as administrator ,go back to the game and ull see downloable content .
For me and my brother worked.

24 hours later and still no word on the ticket i made with the danish EA customerservice.. Not even a "we got your ticket and will look at it asap"..
I have to join in with all the others who say, first and last time customer at EA store.. But it's sad really.. I would love to see some more digital distribution, but it seems like they aren't taking it too seriously..

just reinstall game and in place you have DLC in game i lost warden's keep from available content section how to repair it ??

You get the soundtrack and wallpapers by registering your game in the EA Download Manager.

Yeah, I bought this game back in October for 65 freaking Euros, just so I would have all the DLC at launch.
Well, it's been 34 hours, and not only do I not have Wardens Keep, but I don't even have Shale or the blood armour, something everybody who went to the store to pick it up for 50 bucks already has.
First time I ordered a CC, and also the LAST time I every did it, I suspect. I'm certainly going to pick up ME2 on launch day.

same problem as JoarThu. I think EA already knows about problem, and i see no point in sending them another e-mail. But i might be wrong. If someone have some new information from Ea please post it in this topic.
