At least in the steam version the soundtrack and wallpapers are in the game directory under "bonus" folder.
No problems with dlc for me.

just called ea store customer service, regarding dlc code for digital deluxe edition, they said it would be sent 48h after release day... "call again on monday if you still haven't got it"...
no official statement...

I'm ordered the Digital Deluxe edition too and I've not received the code. On the downloadable modules in game there's nothing to download.

Same problem here. Bought through EA store. Never got my codes in the mail.
Got into live chat the first day and got the quests entitled to my account atleast.
Didn't bother with the items then and there. Then i mailed them about adding the items and they have to "escalate" the case.
Tried live chat again the next day, and now suddenly they can't just entitle me the items. EA sucks.

Got the same problem with the EAstore as the rest of you. I've sent them an email about it, got asked for more info, gave it yesterday and no bloody reply yet. I used to think blizzards customer service could be fairly aweful at times, but it seems EA has taken first place in that regard. It better be here later today...
