Same problem here. Bought through EA Store - Only got unlock code for game, none of the extra items/quests.
Hour after releas, i contacted live chat, and that guy managed to entitle me the quests. I didn't bother to ask for the items at that time, but when i created a email support ticket, they said they had to escalate it.

Tried live chat again, and suddenly they can't just entitle stuff anymore. BAH.

EA sucks. This is also giving your game bad PR Bioware.

Same here, EA Help in Poland informed me that they are having problems and the codes will be sent during the next 48 hours!!! This is ridiculous... I payed all that extra money so I could enjoy the game during the weekend, not in Monday when I'll be back @ work....

Look in this folder: c:\\Program Files\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\dragon age origins\\bonus

You'll see a folder for the soundtrack and one for wallpapers.
