I just finished my first playthrough and went on to the keep to check it out and it seemed that a majority of my choices do not show up. For example NONE of the companion choices show up or any main story plots. It shows as being synced but I am not sure how to correct this.

Import is bugged. If you want to manually make the correct choices go to the settings and turn off the spoiler option so all tiles unlock.

Did you copy your play through state over to the editable states?

what do you mean copy my playthrough state over to the editable states? Is there a way I can see a list of all the choices I made? The previous games when you went to the loading screen it had a list of all the major decisions.

I mean exactly what I said. If you go to the world state sections of the Keep there are three sections editable states, play through states (I.e., uploaded data), and shared states.

If you want to view the most recent choices you've uploaded, you need to copy a play through state over into the editable section.
