Will DLC decisions be incorporated in future Keep releases? Will the DA Keep worldstates be used for the next dragon age?
Most likely. They'll probably update the keep with the DLC some time after PS3,PS4, and Xbox360 players are able to play the DLC
The point of the keep is for future games as well.
