You're more like the Chief Justice, since getting banned is essentially a bureaucratic selection process.
President implies a democratic process for the executive position, which means that the person with the largest self aggrandizing thread(metaphor for political campaigns) wins. That's me.
However if you mean President as in "President for Life" ala, Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro, it's probably Biowermod02.
