I just got this a few hours ago and noticed that Sheperd appears to have orange colored sweat. Is this normal? My video card is Radeon HD 5850 with the latest drivers and I'm on Win7 x64.

It's not sweat, If you read about mw2 - S/he was awoken before all the scars could heal - It's more of a, darkside/lightside thing from Kotor - If your a **** your entire face will actually start to show the implants that they put inside of you, [It got pretty bad from What I've seen thus far] But if your good they heal - Although a side note, Their is a choice to get rid of the race completely by upgrading your ship's medbay for 50,000 platinum.

Nope ^^ It is intended. Although, It is kinda scary how it's thoughout your entire face my entire face looks like multiple Orange squares o.O;
Oh, side note-
If you do good things it heals, If you do bad it does more damage
