[HEROx Divine]

'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but I have 2 play-throughs, 1 who just reached skyhold and the other who had an end game save. My question is, when I loot say silverlite or any material, I get 3-9 on the high level account, but the one who just reached skyhold only gets 1 and sometimes 2 per loot.

 

Is this a bug or is there a perk to yields more? Could it be tied to your level?

 

Edit: My end game save is on Nightmare. while my 2nd character is on Normal.

It is tied to your level.

 

Picking up high-tier mats with a low-level character generally yield one piece. You get more once you hit character-level 16.
