Hi, as title states, I'm wondering what determines how much will a mineral, say silverlite yield. I have two characters, one at level 14, and another at level 27. The character's difficulty is set to normal, while the second is set to nightmare.

 

The normal character has been getting only 1-2 per rock, while the nightmare was getting 3-7 per rock. What determines the yield?

 

Difficulty?

Level?

Progress in Main Story?

Inquisition Perks?

It's determined by level (only for T3 metals).
