I asked this elsewhere, but it may be more appropriate for this forum...
I am playing the DLC post-campaign. I started it yesterday and the main room of Skyhold was just as it was when I last played (people standing around getting drunk), but after going to the new area, I traveled back to Skyhold and found the main room completely screwed. It has various people milling about, but my throne is gone, my decorations are gone, and the mosaics are gone. Varric isn't in the room at all, despite his "head" still showing on the map. Furthermore, if I go to the Undercroft there is NOTHING there at all. Is this normal behavior or is my game screwed?

I had it happen to me just recently. Josephine was gone too. Usually, traveling somewhere else and back fixes it (forces it to reload). Hope that helps!
