I got Skyrim just a few months before I got ME3 and most of my time with games is split between them. ME3 for futuristic shoot-em-up fun with no frills. Skyrim when I want amazing immersion and medieval fantasy sort of stuff going on.
They're two of my favorite games I've ever played and I don't think I'll ever tire of either.
The list of games I've stopped playing ME3 for is too long, but the bigger ones are:
Diablo 3
Heroes of the Storm
World of Warcraft
Titanfall
Fire Emblem: Awakening
Qbert
Pong
Skyrim
Borderlands
Qbirth
Porng
Skyrimjob
Bonerlands 2
DAMP is pretty much it.

I thought that was dead.............
Hopscotch.
Let's see, the first time I went away from ME3, it was because of WoW.
Somebody's always wanting you back for their arena team, or their new "totally awesome and drama-free casual and also hardcore raiding guild," or some other such nonsense. There's just so much tension throughout the strata of the WoW community, and almost none of it is the interesting kind that used to happen like Atalanta's Wife Naked or Lady Sells Herself for Epic Mount Funds or Enemy Guild Raids In-Game Funeral.
I politely and responsibly excused myself (read: bailed in the middle of an arena season and told no one) from that game.
After that, a lot of Minecraft and Terraria and Warframe and Skyrim and indie stuff with friends. We recorded a bunch of it, but one of the prospective channel partners bailed and I don't feel right about uploading, much less monetizing, any of the footage without his permission - on paper, because my parents are both certified Notaries Public and I know just enough legal stuff to know I didn't want any part of that trouble.
After that, about a month of ArcheAge with some WoW buddies before we just couldn't handle the massive amounts of non-fun anymore.
Then, Star Citizen, which I'm still following closely and for which I'm still fine-tuning my setup. Given how much I adored the Wing Commander series when I was but a wee olive-skinned scamp, I'm having a hell of a time restraining my spending. My reasoning is that I really want to be THAT jackhole who beats everybody with a no-missile Aurora running quad Bulldogs on a mouse and keyboard, because TOP GUN. Also because if I can't reasonably compete with the big spenders, then the game isn't for me anyway.
Edit because I just realized how hard my inner e-peen warrior is showing and I'm ashamed of myself ![]()

Forgot about Borderlands and Skyrim. Borderlands didn't take much time, Skyrim ate up a lot.
Nothing.
Crusader Kings 2 with my own mods.
GTA V (PC), the game has blown me away, I don't think I can come back to Mass Effect 3 visuals after witnessing GTA V on PC.
Borderlands 2
Sniper Elite V2, V3
Battlefield 4
Company of Heros
BioShock Infinite
Batman Arkham Origins
Dishonored
Far Cry 4
Tesla Effect
All enjoyable games. I was really glad to see Tex Murphy come back after such a long hiatus. Nice to see a game I played in the late 1980's (Mean Streets) still live on 25 years later with a subsequent release and the same main actor. Very rare indeed.
I play with your mom.
Crusader Kings 2 with my own mods.
Your own mods? Do you have anything released or are they just little personal tweaks to the gameplay?
I haven't played in a while. I'm waiting for Paradox to take a break from all the DLCs and updates so I can play Elder Kings and not have to worry about new content breaking my game.
Since I started playing ME3MP in Dec '13 I've played, finished, and uninstalled 17 other games; some of them multiplayer. The current distractions from my ME3 dependency are DA:I where I'm rapidly approaching the 100 hour mark (if I have to pick one more elfroot I will die), and I'm starting to muck around with a couple more multiplayers: Helldivers and a cool WW1 flight simulator on PC called Rise of Flight. The latter is interesting because it allows use of head tracking software (TrackIR 5), which I'd never heard of until I stumbled across the game.
Skyrim, mostly because I keep modding the crap out of it.
Dragon Age: Inquisition.
And I suspect Pillars of Eternity will also keep me away a bit.
However, the game that really keeps me away from ME3MP the most is the Essay Writing Simulator otherwise known as my Masters degree. I've spent most of the last two weeks on this paper, for example, and probably only played a couple of hours in total.
That sounds amazing!Atalanta's Wife Naked or Lady Sells Herself for Epic Mount Funds
