I'm about 3 hours in I've hung out on the Citadel which is big! and I went to Omega to get my first squad mates. The world feels more alive it seems bigger so far. I'm going to be playing a whole lot more tomorrow and try and dig into some sidequests and see how they are. Thanks Bioware!
So far the game is awesome
