Is there a way to list modules on the new Vault by actual release date? I mean a way to tell apart which modules are new and which modules were recently transferred to the new Vault but had been available on the old Vault for years already? And I take it you can't do refined searches on the new Vault, like listing only games from 2011 to 2013 or something?

There is no way to show modules released in a specific year, as module projects created on the vault receive a time stamp of the day the project was created. So a module migrated in 2014, but said module was created in 2006, will have a created date of 2014.

You can use the Updated link to sort and get a quick idea of modules being worked on/updated by their author, as well as recently added.

Here are some other links that you may find useful.

Hm, that's too bad; makes matters much more complicated and confusing. But thanks a lot for the quick reply!

New modules never released before, can be found with other brand new content on the front page What's New as well.

That's a start, thanks. But the news section doesn't have filters to display only the modules, does it?

It does not.

If you want to get only the new modules you could try comparing found modules with old vault list: http://neverwinterva...ll-modules-nwn1

Another way is to look who the author is: if it's migrate wizard or migrate bot than it is old vault content. Any other means that it is active member or new content.

Olivier, do you know Drupal by any chance?

I don't think so, sorry. I hope I'm not mistaken, but right now the name doesn't ring a bell. :(

Hmm, on the news page category is displayed, so you could theoretically use ctrl+f (find) in your browser and type module.

About Drupal - it was a long shot ;D No worries. (Vault website runs on Drupal)

New releasers should be encouraged to do as I do and tag their releases by the year of release.

It certainly is possible to have a TAB view for What's New content, just as there is a TAB view on the right side that shows NWN1 / NWN2 / Icebink. As the What's New uses a search filter critera already, it would just mean TABs created with All / Module / Tiletset / Other as an example, that when clicked on, would refine the What's New display to the TAB you clicked on.

If I can snag Rolo one day in the Vault Chat, I'll see about chaining him in the dungeon for a few days, and find out if the TABs could become a reality :)

For now this is about as good as you can get. There are 51 (actually 50 and a half) pages of modules. For the newer modules just ignore any uploaded by the migrate wizard, migrate bot, and possibly Turkeys as these will be modules transferred from the old vault before it finally died.
