Why do you think they have complete rights over the peasentry?

And do you think they will go until the nearest village from the capital to get the needed shagging?

The capital has Peasants as well, and when going to war i'm sure they drag them along with them to the camps.

Why would the capital need peasants meaning farmers or laborers of the land?
Bioware has been pretty sociably progressive. With the way things are now, they seem to want to avoid the wrath of Sarkeesian and her followers, who mostly aren't interested in PLAYING these types of games. Bioware has left behind the gratuitous buttcam shots, as in Mass Effect 2. The developers don't want to be labeled as misogynists and having a brothel would be seen by many feminists as such.

Beats me, Ask this lady

She says Peasantry but I'm assuming she meant Commoners.
Edit: Seems somebody beat me to it
Because the part of Val Royeaux we see is basically the upper class bazaar for the nobles, so it's unlikely that you'd find a brothel nearby.
In DAO, the Pearl was a slightly seedy place located in the backstreets of Denerim far from the market place, whereas the Blooming Rose was a bit more upmarket of an establishment, but still located in the Red Light district that was secluded far from the rest of Hightown? It's doubtful many nobles object to the BR being in Hightown either, since aside from the Hawke estate, most of the other noble mansions are located nearer the Chantry.
If a brothel is located in Val Royeaux, I suspect it'd be located out of sight in one of the backstreets (like where me meet Sera) with some kind of invitation, password and dress-code requirements needed to be ticked off before you were allowed admittance into the place?

I don't think this argument holds much water; there is such a thing as the high-class establishment and an elite commercial district is not a bad place for it. The one thing that might be noticeable (as in being not noticeable at all) is that the front side of the building might not stand out or draw notice to it; it's the lower-class, cheap brothels that tend to be in backstreet (or impoverished) areas while openly advertising their function. A lot of this would depend on social and cultural attitudes, of course.
Whether they tried to hide in plain sight or not, fancy brothels would be...quite fancy on the inside.
For instance, see here: 'The Five Artiest Brothels in France'.
Anyway, it's water under the bridge now. And I would say that Val Royeaux needed a lot more than just a fancy brothel to become more lively and convincing as a great metropolis...
Because SJWs would've flipped their ****, and since half of Bioware's team loves FemFreq, they wouldn't let realism or silly authenticity get in the way of cold, ironfisted social justice and feminist/minorital supremacy.
Real answer: Because we didn't poke that much around cities, and we certainly didn't amble into many corners. Or see seamstresses. Hem hem hem.*
Fake answer: Because The Iron Bull tired everyone out. It's also how you pay for your soldiers in the Inquisition. He gets lots of tips.
*When in doubt, steal a Terry Pratchett joke.
Why would you have a brothel in a market place?
Why isn't there any Val Royeaux to explore? Why has no one made the thread complaining that our only exposure to the biggest city in Dragon Age is a small market square?
I can't tell if people want just want clickbait or if they honestly haven't thought it through.
