Yeah I'm curious too to see whether a Reave-only solo would be faster.

my guess is yes, as long and you can keep the stacks on and keep hitting several targets at once. I might give it a try if I get bored enough

Pretty sure Guardians are going to be a problem....Unless cloak walk around them...but since is a Solo..they will cheat and watch you as you cloak and try to walk behind them.

It`s already been done now, and for a reave solo, reave doesn`t give a f¤#" about the guardians car door

For science:

Flamer only (with one grab and 6 missiles) 

I picked the same combo as the huntress solo to try and compare.

Much quicker than DC. Flamer may have shorter range but its wider AoE compensates insane stacking for it and . Furthermore, shields are less of a deal for flamer than DC.

Feat. the fabulous Shuriken.

 

I tried recon mine only solo but the big bosses - crabs, atlases and banshees recover their shields/barriers much quicker than I can detonate and recast a mine.

But seriously, that's impressive as well. Kind of a good indicator that flamer is OP as all hell, at least on Giant. I know that's one of the most popular Flamer maps. I'd love to see how pure Flamer would work on a map like Vancouver or London.

I can't resist grab opportunities. I actually used an ops pack to get the grab as well.

 

Flamer only on London and Vancouver would take a lot of tries and much longer. I most certainly am NOT going to try it.

That's quite amazing.  I didn't think it could be done under 2 hours.

 

Yeah, I thought 2 hours for Collectors too.  Definitely amazing - did it in less than 1.5.  I have seen a lot of Platinum solos WITH gun shooting that took longer than 82 minutes.

So much for reave not dealing damage lol . Im surprised it s as fast as DC. For DC, u just have to solo wit tha AHI to see it s dealing more consistant damage than my arc pistol

No crabs on geth plat 

 

As for reave, it stacks on it self, two stacks does more dmg then the cloaked DC with the build Tupari used. And it can hit more then one target. In other words, as long as you can keeps casting reave as soon as the cooldown let`s you, it more powerful then CD in terms of pure dps.

Not sure why some ppl seems to think it`s only good as a primer 

 

@ Tupari, would you be willing to redo it, but with recharge on rank 5 reave, to see if makes any noticeble diffrence.  ?
