The standard health potion can be assigned to any team member. The extra potions slots to the left and right(with the inquisition perk) are only on the team leader at the moment. I am confused by this logic.
-Why are the extra potion slots only given to the team leader by default?
-Can I give potions in the extra slots to any other team member?
It's just a minor glitch. The slots appear locked for other party members, but they are not. You can give potions/tonics/grenades to any party member. Just put something in the slot even if it looks locked.
EDIT: To be clear, I'm talking about when you are at the potion making table. Not during adventuring.
