Ok, so Elgar'nan is the child of the Sun (dad) and the Earth (mom). And we know the Stone is considered as female. Could it be that the Sun is not the actual sun itself but the Fade? Thus Elgar'nan comes from the union of Fade and Stone.

I think you might be grasping here, besides the supposed feminine nature of the stone I don't recall anything suggesting a link between the elves and the dwarves. Also we don't know if the stone has an actual appreciable presence in the real world of Thedas, The elven gods may have not been gods but just really powerful mages like the old gods so it could be argued that as a mage his legend was "born" via the power he weaned from the fade but that seems a bit flimsy.
