I don't know about anyone else. But I am bored. How about getting the option for a new game plus.

Alright I know people are going to complain and whine. But how about a couple of options for this.

1.) You keep everything and have all your lore and stuff unlock and all your gear. And have all your level ups. (this includes everything you have unlocked and found)

2.) You start fresh and brand new

3.) Just keep the level, recipes, and your gear. No lore and no gold.

4.) Just keep material items and other crafting materials and recipes.

5.) Just keep your decorate base stuff. You have zero gold, zero items of your own and start off with basic equipment, and start off at level 1 again.

6.) just keep your level and gold

7.) Just keep your level.

Also the stronger you are the stronger the enemies will become in new game plus. PS all the options could be in the game. Making everyone a bit more happy. For those who want to start fresh again they could. And those who want to keep on going they can too. This would make everyone happy hopefully.

I'd rather have an option to save/reuse my Quzzies faaaaces! >___> That way I could start over with them and adjust their class or world state without having to bother with the CC again... sigh.

I know face codes would probably be too complicated with the new CC, but I dunno. Custom preset(s) option maybe? This would also be great for custom Hawkes - recreating my Hawke over and over, bah! XD

As I always just save a slot at the start of each character for the replay factor, I don't really feel a need for this particular feature, I guess. I get how it'd add to the gameplay, buuut. I dunno. Just not for me, I think? I wouldn't be opposed to it, though! Could be interesting - knowing me, I'll wind up running through my top three Quizzies (at least) in a few years again for kicks, anyway. xD

The problem preventing this "new game plus" feature as in "dead space" is the keep and profile structure that setup and track how you are perceived in the game environment.  The game has no way to add a leveled character, you can't even import clothing or art at the onset.

So...kinda like Borderlands 2 and TPS?

I think that's what OP is saying. In Borderlands, you hit a level cap and, after the last main plot boss fight, the game asks you if you want to advance to True Vault Hunter Mode (TVHM). Upon advancing, you keep everything you looted, your level, and you do the campaign again with enemies scaled to your level in TVHM difficulty. Rinse and repeat for Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode + additional raid bosses unlocking for your level. This style is actually really fun.

But I am indifferent. I just start new characters 'cause I love the customization and the lore :D

While I generally do not care about NG+ in Western RPGs, cRPGs, or anything other than Eastern RPGs (or games like Devil May Cry). I agree that options should be implemented.

I've never played a Mass Effect NG+, because I hate carrying levels over. If games are going to offer bonuses on NG+, then I'd hope devs would allow for a fresh file run, with access to those bonuses. The act of leveling makes an RPG enjoyable to me. Once that's taken away, or capped, then I generally lose interest in the game unless there's something else to hold my attention.

Games like the Tales series do NG+ ideally. Allowing you to carry over what you want, usually using points racked up during battle.

Nah, DAI is 2014's most boring game. I doubt there is much that can be done to remedy that.

Given the type of game Inquisition is, NG+ kinda defeats the purpose... but it would be kinda cool if once you unlock a schematic, it stays unlocked. And face codes are a must!

Not a bad idea, though unlikely this will happen, not least for both technical and plot reasons.

BioWare have previously said that keeping the world 'open' post-finale would compromise a new game + mechanic.

A different approach for DA4 maybe.

After 4 play throughs (last one was 205 hours) I don't think I'll do another full one for a good while and will take any DLC from my pre-or post finale save. But I've had a ton of fun... and the multiplayer remains an addiction  :) .

I honestly don't know how you can sink that many hours into a mediocre game. There are better games to play and waste your time with.

I couldn't sink so many hours into a mediocre game, but I'll happily do so for a good game such as DAI.

My XB1 has me logged at 1,600 hours, SP and MP, though some of that time the console was on and I was doing other things.

Oh, and the 205 was my canon completionist run, including every shard, bottle and quest, JoH DLC included.

Clearly personal preferences will vary and your personal tastes are you own.

Strange, in'nit, the way different people enjoy different things. ;D Oh, the humanity. Literally!

They really are. >___> Although, I would think that since certain options in the CC give you a lot more room to adjust that the old sliders did, an actual ME style code would be really looong. XD

ME spoiled me. D: Facial codes feel necessary now. Especially with the more complex CC.

On topic, I will say I enjoyed NG+ in Mass Effect now that I think of it! So maybe this applies to me more than I thought? Even if it's not something I'm really looking for. XD I might be bored with playing DA:I, too, but my interest rests with DLC. >___> And well. New games. XD

I very much agree with this. Being able to replay with the same character would be great, but I simply cannot re-create characters in the CC to save my life. Also, the schematics need to stick around, since finding them through the RNG once is bad enough.

A brothel.

More sex and boobs.

A new wardrobe filled with the latest fashion trends.

More hairstyles/eyebrows.

More romance options.

-snip-

Yes! They added nipples but cut out the prostitutes! What madness must have gone through their heads?

I reckon.

And one CANNOT argue that it's cause the Inquisition is a conservative, religious organization... priests visit brothels all the time. ;)

I can guarantee that over half the complaints about the game would cease if brothels were implemented in the game.. you could put one in Redcliffe and Val Royeaux.. although, the one in Val Royeaux would be more expensive and serve as an "escort service" (aka classy prostitutes, disease free = pay extra).

They could also include a sex mini game.. so when you bang a prostitute, you have to press certain buttons so both you and the prostitute can achieve a climax.

You pay extra for a prostitute with diseases? I think you made a typo...

That mini-game sounds quite interesting.

I'm peeing my pants with laughter, thanks for pointing the typo out to me. "fee" was meant to be "free".

Many, many jrpgs do this and have been for years. They also put in options for what you want to keep. It always comes up as a checklist.
1. Keep level
2. Keep all items in inventory
3. Keep all unlocked skills
Etc

I'm quite surprised western rpgs don't do this. I wonder why? It's always great to have options.
