I need a couple more Shotgun challenges completed for 2nd Shotgun Mastery, and it occurred to me TSol might be a good character for it. I'd definitely try Katana on him, but I've completed Katana challenge already. Are there any other worthy candidates? I suppose it has to be something with a mag to benefit from RoF bonus (so Claymore is out of question), and that benefits from accuracy boost (so Crusader is probably out of contest, too). Scimitar? Graal? Disciple? Wraith?..

 

P. S. Unrelated, but... is Claymore HSol a thing?

Crusader.....it's beautiful.. My T-Sol Build skips Marksman..I know, burn me at the cross....Claymore Human Soldier is definitely a thing..Shoot, Concussive Shot/ Grenade throw...Shoot/Adrenaline Rush for a double Claymore shot....God created this build for a reason...

Gotta try Crusader then, but I won't skip Marksman. Marksman-less TSol s basically equal (inferior, actually) to any other Turian, isn't it?

Stabilization module (armor slot consumable) improves recoil, right? Works for shotguns, too?

I use the Piranha on Wii U. Excellent shottie but I don't know about the nerfs here.

Piranha is one of my favorite non-Reegar shotguns! Works on so many classes. Esp. with the Turian accuracy boost. Piranha GI with Hunter Mode can snipe, too.

Stabilization Mods/Gear of any Kind DO NOT work on the Crusader.

Scimitar has good synergy with MM, but still not quite strong. Bring a Hurricane for sidearm when **** gets real and you shouldn't have a problem with the Scimitar challange (unless you forget to switch back to it once you see what a TSol + Hurricane is capable of).

Yes, it's called the Piranha. And it's more OP on the Tsol then the Raider, if OP is what your after.

Have you seen some BSNers' weapons challenge points? In other words; no, folks just don't do this. They need 100% BSN verification with what to play with, otherwise they don't feel OP. Why do you think I used the word OP twice in my last post here?

Ive only done the challenge points once to get all the banners. Other than that Ive always played what I wanted to. As far as seeing other BSNers. I really dont care. But I think people get to hung up on what is "okay" and "not okay" to play. Or they cant think for themselves and try different things out so they make threads asking. Part of the fun of this game is finding cool builds for yourself.

Wraith is always good, Eviserator is OK, stability boost would help with the Crusader as well

Yeah. I've been playing the try every weapon on various kits game for some time (Shotguns 9x; ARs 20x; SRs 10x; SMGs 13; Pistols 9x http://social.biowar...platform=xbox).

Only after maxing manifest I've slowed down in trying other weapons. I mostly play what I want now (like Lancer/Harrier Volus Merc being a new big fave of mine), but I also pretty much know everything about all other weapons too just from doing the challenges enough times.

 

These weapon challenges also helped fuel my playtime pre-maxed manifest days (was mostly into weapon challenges. It was a great time, as it greatly helped keep things fresh. ... EDIT - this was also during the days when I only used level one consumables too, lol).
