So I totally forgot to ask Krem how to use the Bull's Chargers at Haven after "In Hushed Whispers".  When I did so at Skyhold, the first mission I got was about Haven. After completing that, Krem says he can't think of anything at the moment.  So I guess, I can't investigate Therinfal Redoubt any longer.  Am I supposed to? I checked the Wiki and it says that the mission should be available at Skyhold as well.

That's strange. I've always done Therinfall at Haven so I can't comment on this particular bug.

I don't think it's a bug. By the time you get to Skyhold,the Templars are no longer in Therinfal Redoubt,and you've already met them in Haven,so you wouldn't need to investigate them any longer.

Oh, OK. I wasn't sure. Then I guess the dragonage.wikia.com is wrong? Wouldn't be the only time I guess! 

 

Because according to the Wiki it says that it can be done at Skyhold and the text says, "Therinfal Redoubt seems quiet now, and there's a chance something there could give us a clue about the red templars were made. I'd be happy to take the Chargers out to investigate the area."

You get it when you side with the mages. There's a subsequent operation that has the Chargers hunt the demon and kill it. It's kind of disappointing that you can't join them, because the demon impersonates Krem and even Cassandra.

Thanks. I did side with the mages. I never saw the operation. I don't see it now. I've finished DA:I and just going for completion's sake. Do I trigger the operation somehow? Is it too late now?

You can't get Investiage Redbout/Redcliffe except for the tiny timeframe between recruiting mages/templars, and before IYHSB. That is the only time they're available.
