In Frostback Basin there is a shard on a broken bridge near the swampside camp. I have tried numerous times to get up there but can't figure this one out. Unable to jump up to get up there. Has anyone run into this?

Go all the way to the western end of the aqueduct where a ramp leads up. Then walk east and jump over the gaps.

 

There is also one of the Mysteries of the Frostback Basin codex entries on the aqueduct.

Thanks. I figured it out. I went to the the first aqueduct, called my horse and jumped over the gaps. I did try to jump earlier with my character but always fell short.

It is possible to get there without using a mount, though it is trickier.
