So I'm wandering through Great Bear Cove in the Emerald Graves, trying to find some great bears to hunt, when I see something by a tree. I go to check it out, and its a painting, square, and just floating in mid air. When I went arround to the other side, its gone, but go back to the front and its perfectly visable! I took pictures, so if someone can tell me how to post them here, I will. I already tried just dragging them from my desktop but they turn out HUGE for some reason.

It's likely one of the many insignificant bugs in the game. No need to raise the red flag, it will never get addressed by devs.

See, the thing is, it looks like an easter egg to me. Its consistant, and I've never seen the texture anywhere else in the game. If you want to find it and see for yourself, go to great bear cove and find the cave with the bones on the outside, walk strait west out of the mouth of the cave, past the tree with rashvine on it. Past that tree, you should see another, larger tree SW from the tree with rashvine. The picture is on the west side of it's trunk, and is only visable when looking SWish.

It sounds like a bug.
If it's an easter egg, it remind me of the doors leading to different dimensions in "The Dark Tower" whereas they would be perfectly visible from the front but if you were to walk around them, they would disappear.

You could always upload pictures to somewhere like photobucket and then post them in [img] tags?
But sounds interesting! More so if it's a painting you haven't seen anywhere else before. 
Might have to try that out.

Okay, I found a place online to resize the pictures, hopefully they come out okay. I had to take them with my phone since I'm on 360. I took a front, angled, and back view of the painting. Let me know if I need to take a picture of the map on where to find it.

OK, I've had coffee and I'm feeling less lazy <cracks knuckles>....
Odd things found in the game.
Thanks man, this makes me think its more of an easter egg than a bug.
On another note, I wonder why, on console, there are 2 additional spaces for exotic mounts, when the mounts themselves are pc exclusive? That's just teasing, and it sucks because the Logitech promotional horse looks awesome.
