This is my third playthrough and I still only get Dagna: Mind your Mentor. Is this operation tied to siding with the mages (which I always do), allying with wardens, or saving Celine. I am also a compeltionist so I tend to do all my active quests and operations before story quests if that matters. I have incessantly talked to Dagna and never gotten this. If anybody knows when this is triggered can you please tell me. Thanks.

Far as I know Overdue Penalties only happens if the Warden didn't help Dagna study magic, if they did you get Mind your Mentor.
