So its look like the service  is not working right , i have to start it manually to see my downloadable content and/or to unlock unauthorized content after a pc reboot, i dont know if you already on that case. im curently using Windown seven RC 7100.

Hope this help Bioware to fix some dlc issue.

But yes, in short, the updater service needs to be running in order to see or download dlc. And despite the amount of testing across all the OS's, we've been hearing that it either was not installed at all by some of the installers provided with the digi versions, or failed to install/start correctly in other versions. We continue working to improve this.
