I'm not sure if this board is right place to ask. But why cant i choose my monks prestige class to be assassin. I got all the recs like hide and move silently. my alligment is evil. pls help

Both those skills need 8 natural ranks.  Disregard any bonuses you may be receiving due to your dexterity.  You will have to complete no less than five levels of monk until you can become an assassin.  Also, be sure that your in-game behavior hasn't moved the good/evil spectrum of your alignment to neutral.
