I've read several threads about the options to send Sera or Cole away through the dialogue during gameplay. However, if you have a full roster and you do send a member away, is there an option to fill their place? So far nothing that I've read answers this question. I kind of want to send Sera away, after completing some side missions and getting the jar of bees. But I don't want to do so if I won't get the option to fill her position with one of the other agents I've acquired. Can anyone weigh in? Thanks.

No you can't replace her or any other comapanion (some you can't even get rid of once you recruit them)
