I want to make a new character as an dwarf archer, but I loved the way my old dwarf warrior looked. Is there any way that I can use that custom saved appearance for my new character

The Black Emporium is due out in May so if you don't mind waiting just a bit longer for that, you can load up an old save to view the original sliders and recreate your dwarf down to the last detail.

Dragon Age: Inquisition Black Emporium update will be released as free download towards the beginning of May and Bioware revealed being hard at work for a story-based DLC as well as a game sequel coming soon to Xbox One, PS4, and PC users.

There is also a way to get ur sliders out from ur saved files using a tool.. Workaround you find here (Also a thread about the same thing as this)

Not the most easy way, but it works
I do use this tool myself quite abit, for swaping colors on various facial bits that didnt come out as i wanted.

Awesome, I just found a video where it said you can change your appearance mid game. Do you know if i would be able to change my new archers appearance back to my old warrior if I re roll my character now and change his appearance later?

Yes, that'd work. It's not retroactive though. If you are in Skyhold when you change the appearance, any saves you make from that point forward will have the changed appearance. The older saves would have the original face unless you went into every single save and re-saved it with the changes. Does that make sense?
