My war table was always busy.  I think I played every mission possible but the tapestry says my forces were not deployed regularly.  How many does one need to 'deploy regularly'?

I think that means you used Leliana and/or Jose more than you used Cullen. Since I use Cullen the most usually, it will say my forces were deployed regularly. Also, when you ask Blackwall what he thinks of the Inquisition, you can get an idea of who you are using the most, by the way he answers.

Nah, I think it's just another bugged import choice. I never got it on any of my playthroughs. But that might be an issue with my saves in general, because I only seem to be getting the 'the Inquisition's influence and diplomacy won the day' (I'm paraphrasing of course) during the epilogue, no matter what.

It is possible to get it unlocked as I have it unlocked on my tapestry, but I have no idea of what the threshold is as I had probably run wartable missions in excess of 200 times by the time the DAI tiles launched.

So...does this mean you have to use Cullen more than Josephone/Leliana in order for it to say "deployed regularly"?

No, I used Josephine more than anyone else and I got the tile.

I always have all three advisers doing something, even if it's just getting herbs, leather, ore, whatever. Always. So maybe because they are deployed so often, all the time, that's the reason for getting those statements? Still, I do use Cullen for more things than I use the other two. I'm not going to let Leliana kill people or Jose brown nose too many people, so I often pick Cullen, if choosing him doesn't lead to a bad result.

You pick Cullen for as many missions as possible (except the missions that get everybody slaughtered because slaughtering isn't a good thing).

I follow that chart too because I don't want to get "bad" results. Much of what happens in the background of this game is a mystery to me.

I think it's a bug. A lot of the tiles still seem to not show up for me even if I've done them. I just unlock spoilers now.
