Any time I open up my hud or there's a cutscene, after I exit the hud (or the entire time the cutscene is playing) I'll end up getting a line the color of the hud going from the top of my screen to the bottom all the way on the left side and one going across the entire top of the screen.  All I have to do to remove it is go into the graphics options, alter ANY of the settings and exit back out.  Problem is, I have to do this every single time I ever use the HUD for anything and the same thing with any cutscenes.  I'm using a Radeon 5850 and I've tried numerous settings tweaks through the card but the issue is persistant.  It's extremely ugly and makes the game pretty much unplayable due to how distracting it is.
