 So i downloaded the DLC from the code that came with my purchased copy, and i dont understand how it works, it says its installed, but i have no quest, item, or map marker, ami suppose to go somewhere? Or is my download bugged

Check your quest log, it should have the Stone Prisoner quests under the Premium Content tab.

Warden's Peak and the Stone Prisoner aren't available until you're a little way into the story. You'll need to complete your origin story, spend some time in Ostagar, pass through the village of Lothering, and wake up from a nightmare in your party camp. Once that happens, the world opens up and you can begin accessing Warden's Peak and Stone Prisoner and charting your own course.

HELP! in the stone prisoner quest, when in wilhelms cellar talking to kitty, (demon) what dialogue choicesd do i make to get the option to demand a reward for letting her go reward= wilhelms magus staff.

Well Morg will like You if you agree to work with the demon, but alistar wont. But If kill the demon Alistar will like it and Morg wont. So pretty much Evil or Good? I don't know about the dialogue choices, but I believe you need Corcision.
