I sent Sutherland and his team out on a war table mission, and now the timer is stuck on 82476:50:08. What the heck is this? What do I do with this?

I read a post by someone who had that happen when they tried advancing the system clock. I don't know if they were ever able to get Cullen back.

  That's weird. When you say that it's stuck, do you mean that time isn't even passing? Try changing your system clock and see if it affects the timer.

Ill wait for the other two missions to end before changing the clock, I dont want to lose anyone else.

I just checked the tavern, Sutherland and his team have all disappeared.

I have heard of this happening with other games. It's a problem with the game recognizing the day/time setting on the PC or console.

You should try reloading from a previous save. Make sure your day/time setting is correct on your system and then try again.

It's actually a stardate, not a countdown timer. Sutherland and Cullen were sucked into a temporal vortex and sent to the future.

They better bring back some futuristic armour for my Inquisitor to wear.

They will, but the armor comes with a bug that makes everyone who wears it repeat, "Resistance is futile," over and over again.

Not, "I am the Harbinger of your perfection?"

How did you fix it? By reloading? When I had this problem, I pushed the system clock waaaaaay forward and it worked. But I only had, like, 500 hours or something.

I realized I had been disconnected from the internet and it wouldnt reonnect on its own, I had to go into the system and check the connection.

Go to nexus and download the mod for Wartable no waiting time, or smthing. I do not use it, but if I had a bug like this I would have used it.

Btw who are these company? I never got this mission.. :/

This happened to me awhile ago on XB1... I think it might have happened when I  started a mission while online, then came back later and played offline, it was then I noticed the huge time.  In my case it was Cullen.

I solved it by simply turning off the XB1, making sure I was online again before starting the game, and the timer was back to normal.

Im a console gamer, but thanks for the advice. :P

Early on you'll meet a man in the Skyhold tavern called Sutherland, he just wants to help out any way he can, even if it just means cleaning. You then unlock a war table mission where you can put him to work, if you pik the right adviser. You can then help build him up as the leader of his own company, and even outfit them with their own heavy armour. Its something thats pretty easy to miss, this is actually my first time helping him. Just be sure to keep talking to him to unlock new war table missions.

Hes just up the stairs in the tavern, on the right side.

Sutherland is on the second floor of the tavern, opposite Sera's room. There's an iron pot on the table in front of him. He's just standing around with a speech bubble over his head. If you approach, he'll say something like "Maybe I can help with the cleaning or something," but he won't otherwise initiate dialogue, so you have to talk to him first. He has a long series of War Table operations followed by a short quest on the Storm Coast. I enjoy it.

You need to use Cullen, other advisors will end the mission chain.

Just to expand on that, you need to keep going back to him after every mission.  Me being the dense one that I am didn't realize this in my first playthrough, so I only got the one initial misison.  My second one, I talked to him again and was all sorts of happily surprised.

Yeah, I did that too on my first game, and even after that, have to pay strict attention to both the dialogue options and the text of the war table operations, or he'll disappear and you'll never know why.

The war table is torture for me. I have difficulty with reading comprehension, so it's sometimes tough to pick up on the threat level of the advisor messages. I'll think, "Yeah, that should be easy as pie for them," and then come back to find out that everybody's dead. I think I was on my fifth playthrough before I found out what the Song of the Marshes was. :o
