You can't toggle off the DLC helmets and you can't switch armor on the fly.

I disagree. One of my favorite aspects of any RPG is immersion, and nothing breaks immersion like unlimited inventory, and being able to equip armor in the field while under fire. I do wish we could toggle off helmets for the DLC armor, but it's a minor thing otherwise.

I can see why you can't change armour mid-mission, but they could have implemented some sort of system where you can change your armour without having to board the Normandy (and wait through one massive loading screen) just to change it. Also, I would love it to be able to take the helmets off of the DLC armour, because you would get the cool bonuses and also not look like a fool when you go to the citadel in a full breather mask -_-
