Hey There
Is There a way to stop switching active quest to the new quests i get
every time i got a new quest
it become active 
Hope someone can tell me
did not find this in options...

That's odd. It doesn't switch for me (on pc). The new quest appears briefly under the active quest and then disappears. The active quest stays. Perhaps you have a glitch of some sort.

same happens to me on PC but after it appear under it goes up removing the active one n became active

I saw this as a randomly occurring annoyance on PC and I thought it had been addressed by a patch -wording may be different and the patch could have been overwritten as has happens all too often.

You could set the little blue mark on the map to where you are headed.

If there is a way, I haven't found it yet. I'm on PC. I have to open up the journal and manually select the quest I want to do.

Guess its not only me that have this problem
