I love the new direction Mass effect 4 will be going in!

As with people, games have to grow as well and I like how it is gravitating to new dimensions that work for the genre

I say its ok to go forth into the future ok not to see Tali or any others, no one lives forever. But!!!! your decisions as Shepard should matter, because we killed Reapers! Didn't they try to make everyone extinct? and we survived. And its the future, all your effort has no influence means basically its MASS EFFECT 1 (reboot) to me.

I agree that some recognition of the hundreds (if not thousands) of hours playing all three Mass Effect games should count in whatever comes up in the ME universe. Can't have statues everywhere of course, but can have "Shepard Hall" or some such just about everywhere civilization plants itself.

 

Couple of gripes about the prior games: Am I the only one who noticed you see the Normandy fire missles TWICE (Sovereign and the base on Rannoch), main guns ONCE (Collector ship during suicide mission) and secondary guns ONCE (if you got the Citadel DLC). Not much of an example for other frigates, is it? Normandy is leading the biggest battle the galaxy has ever seen and I can't be sure she fired at a house fly.

 

Everyone remembers the fighters sitting in the cargo bay where you take on two YMIR Mechs followed by mercenaries in ME2. Am I the only one who would have at least ONE of them on the Normandy and FLY the thing instead of the shuttle once in awhile?

 

They're great games. After years of single play I'm still seeing things and hearing dialog I never saw or heard before. That's the ONLY reason the hundreds of $$$ I spent on the games and DLC dosn't bother me. I realize time and resources don't let a game be a flight sim and everything else, but gee ... even old Wing Commander managed some of it in the distant past.

 

Biggest gripe? After all that work I expected to LIVE and be ME if another Mass Effect came along. Anything else (to quote Kal Reeger) is "just insulting". The least EA and Origin can do is run across some of the crew somewhere with some interaction.
