Shoulders and upper traps. I love doing log lifts and heavy standing shoulder presses (raw). I used to hate them because lifting heavy stuff above your head is one of the hardest and most uncomfortable exercises - but found out I'm really good at them and now I love 'em. Now I'm strong enough to pick up a heavy man and shoulder press him no problemo. Or a motocross bike. Or your fat mom.
I tend to Jog and do Cardio. other than that im a lazy bas*ard.

No idea. I used to focus on my arms until I lost a couple pieces to put my dumbbells together. Think it's time for me to hit up a gym. F*ck leg day though.

I like to work the legs as I do a lot of walking, particularly up mountains. I can generally get up them faster than I can get back down. Good strong Thighs and Calfs but thinking of buying a mountain bike to tear the thighs a bit, lungbusting being an additional benefit, particularly since I smoked heroin for twenty years. Feeling fit and healthy though. Daily yoga and stretching helps me feeling good but must admit, I really do need a gym to build upper body strength. Cant just use your head if your personal space is invaded.

Ain't nothin' wrong with that. I smoked crack more than a few times after watching The Bad Lieutenant, but stopped after my family disowned me for demanding that my mum show me how she sucks a...you get the picture.
