You're with anyone not named Stone Cold, you damn fool.

Give up games, start bench pressing.

Legs during aerobic exercise. I love my stationary bike. I can exercise and watch television to take my mind off the horrible deed. Now if I could just figure out a way to still play video games.

What?  You don't need to hold on to anything on a stationary bike.  Just spin.

Giving up is for scrubs.

Hook up that 360 degree treadmill to your PC and run through all of Skyrim on it.

I used to play ME3MP while stationary biking. It's not that hard. You might miss some shots due to aiming being a bit wonky but you'll get used to it.

OT Chest muscles. Dumbbel bench press is my absolute favorite. I like barbell bench press too but due to my old shoulder injury it can sometimes feel "bad" (can't really explain it in words but with dumbbels you can change the angle of the lift/arms which you can't do with barbell...)

True. Physically it's easy but mentally is the problem. I get distracted by the game and stop peddling fast enough to keep my heart rate up. I also avoid watching downers while peddling because they cause me to slow down.

The music played in the fitness center I go to is pure awful.  Good thing I bring my trusty mp3 player with me, have to take it off for some weight work though and endure the no talent garbage blaring over the speakers.
