I think games need to be revealed closer to their release. Watch Dogs suffered for being shown too early, The Division as well.

The Division has alot of potential, but same as Watch Dog is looks worse now compared to the announcement. Ubisoft need to be smarter in their announcements and keep expectations lower. They are ruining some great series and not starting new ones off right.
