Really I was hoping for an alien protag or a criminal focused game, not playing another N7 trooper....

Entire new galaxy? How the hell did they get there?

But honestly, a genious way to give the series a fresh start and don't look back at the endings of Mass Effect 3. 

 

I just hope it will get a reasonable explanation (or maybe is a part of the plot), and not - hey, we just got to this new galaxy. With technology. And stuff.

Well as long as we get far away from Cerberus or Reapers or anything stupid like that, I suppose.. meaning of course we take exactly the same tropes with us into new territory. Humanity is trying to find its place in the galaxy and of course these things doesn't always work out well for everyone concerned, so as Space Marine Hero #580000000 it is up to you to stop an ancient evil from eating all the pies while helping humanity find its way.. again.

Cool. They should use the 'N7' symbol to create hype, though. It made me emotional, and I don't even care to play another N7 for now.
