Yeah I think the second one got a port on the Xbox.

It did, I'm looking at my copy right now.

14 years later, I bet Ryo-kun is still terrible with the lasses.

Nah, haven't seen it. You don't really frequent the same topics as I do on here.

Well, it'd be kind of lame to post my pic now. I don't really think it's true anyways.

Reaching the end of the Sony show now... Can't go wrong with Uncharted.

The game needs bad voice acting or it's a fail, too.

Anyways, I think MS impressed more on the platform attractiveness and hardware level... but some cool games for both consoles.

Games I want my hands on now:

Fallout

Cuphead

Battlefront

Last Guardian

Tomb Raider

Uncharted 4

...and For Honor actually. At least for some quick multiplayer romps.

Cuphead was definitely a star of the conferences. That old cartoon art style is too dope.

I hate that I'm in work while all the E3 conferences are going on :(

Fallout 4 looks amazing, especially the crafting/base building.

Assassins Creed looks like Assassins Creed.

No Man's Sky looks uninteresting at the moment. The idea is good, and the scale and sandbox-ness is amazing, but we've seen no story as of yet and a sandbox without any kind of aim or direction will be quite boring imo.

The Last Guardian has been hyped so much by gaming communities for years, I really don't get it from the trailer shown. Is that it? Also the giant giraffe/cat/dog/owl creature is going to annoy me I can tell, knocking things over with it's gigantic body.

The Division looks pretty damn good, quite excited for that.

South Park sequel was unexpected but HURRAY!!!

ME:A, meh. Obviously I'm super excited for the game but the reveal trailer wasn't that great.

Gears 4 and Halo 5, both looking very nice and looking forward to them greatly. The Halo 5 gameplay vid just edged out GoW4.

For Honour looks pretty interesting as well.

On an unrelated note, the Steam summer sale began a few days ago and it's immense :o  Bought 4 games (GalCiv 1+2, Shadowrun R+D) and a bunch of CK2 DLC for something like £14? I encourage everyone to check it out.

First time I have ever heard of Shenmue. Guess I have to play the first two now, haha!

Otherwise, some solid conferences. Gotta give it to Sony so far, they pulled off some great stuff.

You dont follow the fighting games sites much do you?

While I don't follow SF as closely as I do Tekken I'm still well aware of Ono's intent on slimming down the roster (I've seen 16 being thrown around), but with Ken's iconic stature and popularity I think Capcom altering his moveset is more likely than him just getting dropped.

Shenmue's been on Xbox, yes. But only one game.

I wish Shenmue 3 would make it to Xbox One, but it looks like it won't happen until after a PS4/PC version is made, and only if interest exists for it. Not sure Shenmue will get it from an Xbox crowd.

Aren't they Dreamcast games?

Aye. Shenmue is old school. The reason the hype existed was because the series was never finished. It was to be a trilogy, but only two games were made and it looked like the third never would, leaving the series forever incomplete.

So it would be like playing ME3 without having played the first two? Hmm...

Kinda, yeah. Honestly, the series deserves a full playthrough of all three games. Its just kinda hard to do given time and the different consoles required to actually play through all three of them.

There is some irony to Sony showing a Shenmue kickstarter when the dreamcast was utterly devastated by the PS2's launch.

Well surprise surprise, Shenmue III has already been fully funded.

$2 million isn't the budget, likely they're using this to get bigger private investment for the other $30 million likely needed to make the game (lots of games have done this).

Thats my point though. What we could affect as gamers is out of the way now so the rest is behind closed doors.

If they already met their goal, that's great. I just think it's a weird move to announce it in that way.

2 hours(?) until amd pc master race livecast starts. Then i can finally start to deicide if going for amd fury and 4k monitor or if im going to buy new sennheiser hd 800 and hdvd 800 for improved audio quality.

So far most interesting has been fallout 4 and cod bo2. Me trailer was so short and didnt really show anything so i cant say anything about it.

They might've been asked not to fund the kickstarter, just to gauge fan support. The kickstarter did say that if they didn't fund the 2 million they wouldn't make the game.

No, because Dragonball has 10 letters instead of 7.

Uh-huh.

It's the same kind of question because Shenmue it's a masterpiece in videogames' history and only a human being that has lived under a rock for the past 15 years wouldn't know what Shenmue is.

Actually you'd be surprised how many people don't have a clue about Shenmue. It ISN'T some masterpiece everyone knows about.
