Okay so I got a message from Dr. Chakwas telling me she could remove my renegade facial scarring, but I talk to her, and there is no such option. I looked around the med bay for a terminal, and couldn't find anything. I spoke to Dr. Mordin, and nothing. Checked upgrade terminals, nothing.

What am I missing here? I would like to remove these scars.

Any replies appreciated.

You have to research the med bay upgrade in the science lab. It costs, I think, 50000 Platinum.

There will be an upgrade available for 500000 resources in the game progression, you can only heal your scars though, I tried to fix Garrus that way but didn't help. I think those scars look cool though, reflects the darkness of the second game.

umm what is suppose to happen is that when ur go paragon ur shepherd's scar will slowy go away but if u go renegade the scars will become worse

Really? Wow, I wonder if I can find a cheat to max my renegade for that, thanks!

Theres a way to make the scars disappear completely, with an upgreat, doesnt matter if your renegade or paragon

That's the 50000 platinum med-bay upgrade mentioned earlier in this thread.
