Seems like progressiveness for the sake of progressiveness. Link is fine as he is. Plus, Nintendo won't risk their money maker like that.

Technically a female Link in the next Legend of Zelda game would be a new character, each Link in every new installment of the series that isn't a direct sequel is a new character.

The mods know how to moderate, just not very well. I'd give them a 3 on a 1/10 scale. I like that I can post a news article in the off-topic board and be temp-banned for being non-productive.

 

Because we all know how productive threads like "what do you look like IRL" and "Did the U.S. ruin our chances of joining the Galactic Federation" are, always inspiring new ideas and promoting thoughtful discussion and not just packed with irrelevant nonsensical crap.

Yes, I know that it's only natural for them to have favorites. I also know that they have been assassinating certain members in order to clean up BSN and what is that strange guy with the white hood doing?

I don't understand why you're trying this hard. There's only one person left still even answering anything you say seriously. You've reached a point where you are answering nonsensically as though every single post every person makes - including those that are clearly directed at other people - are directly responding to the last post you made. You are laughably ignoring the dozens of posts that make up the conversation that happened in between. Even the most gullible human being won't believe that you could truly manage to be unaware of them, so it just ends up looking like the most desperate trolling attempt that I have ever seen.

 

You can't even manage to make the people in your thread mad. This is BSN. Its natural state is to be mad. The most noteworthy accomplishment that this thread has is that it actually prompted a few brief snippets of legit conversation on the broad subject of how to approach having female protagonists in an established franchise.

 

But, of course, neither you nor I have said anything even remotely constructive on that subject. The difference would be, I suppose, that I'm not trying to look like I am.

I'm not complaining. I'm baffled. I'm genuinely confused as to why you are still trying to troll with this thread. You keep claiming that people are upset, but do you honestly think that simply repeating over and over how upset people are is actually going to make them angry?
