Do I really need to explain it again? I mean if you can't expend the minimum amount read my posts in this thread to gain a basic understanding of what the topic is about before opening your gob to spout your ill-informed rebuttal then why should I bother explaining it to you again? It honestly does not matter how many times I explain that this topic is NOT about feminism, men's rights, misogyny, misandry or any other PC issues you want to bring up people just don't get the message, are you honestly looking for reasons to be offended or is cat memes the only form of communication the BSN understands?

I'm not even certain that this thread is about female Link anymore, but I'm not certain what the big obsession is with turning characters female.

 

If nothing else changes, you've done nothing but put boobs on a man. If you're going to completely rewrite the character so it's not written like a male, then why didn't you just make a brand new character?

Why does it have to be an obsession? Why is it impossible to like the idea of a female protagonist without having some sort of secret agenda to kill all men? You just look at the concepts and you either like them or you don't, there really isn't much more to it than that.

Besides I am pretty sure leaving out last option on the poll would not have had an effect, as soon as you bring up gender people automatically assumes it has something to do with gender politics and it seems even when you put a disclaimer saying that this is not what it is about people just ignore it and use it as a soapbox for "feminists ruinin mah games!"
