The War Room missions are one of the most enjoyable parts in the game and also makes you feel like the Inquisition is really making a difference out in the world, but as some missions times can be fairly short others rather long most of us tend to drop what we're doing and head to Skyhold to set new missions to avoid wasting time that could be spent on those new missions instead when the old mission we had set had been completed. It would be a lot more convenient and helpful if the Devs created an App where we can access and set new missions from the War Room remotely from Mobile Devices as then we can spend less time going back and forth to Skyhold and go about continuing are questing.

P.S Forgive any Grammar or Spelling mistakes my English isn't the best.

I can agree with the ease of use aspect of it. Heck, even if they just let us access it outside of the game, that would be nice (similar to how the Mass Effect 3 Datapad worked, for those of us who weren't interested in the multiplayer XD)

The only issue I see arising though is that there are different outcomes depending on which advisor you choose. That might complicate matters, as you'd have to be able to select which PC you were accessing the war table with.

But overall, I agree, it would be very convenient if we had a way to set long missions cooking during school/work hours, and sleeping, without necessarily having to boot up the game each time and get to Skyhold.

While that would certainly be nice, DAI is not programmed to do this. In order for this idea to be feasible, war table missions would have to be managed server side and be universal to a character "slot." Instead, war table missions are done offline based solely on the game system's clock and are saved in the save file. Overhauling it would be impractical for DAI. Could probably be done for a future game, but the online aspect could screw over console players a bit (due to PS4 and XBone requiring online subscriptions for online features) so I suspect it won't happen.
