Since i have been playing Inquisition (right from the release, so long ago now) i didn't take much interest in the Perks , other than Secrets.

But finally looking at the others, i see this In Connections...

The Short List unlocks "special offers" in the form of unique, or normally not sold, items from most merchants. Some of these items appear permanently, such as Stormbreak (sold by the Crossroads merchant), while some items are selected randomly each time the map is entered.

If the Inquisitor speaks with Bonny Sims after purchasing this perk, the war table operation Not So Bonny Sims will unlock.

Has anybody got any of the Unique or not sold items? Are they worth going for them or not?

Yeah, there's some good items thrown in there and almost every vendor gives something new. There's some new staves, a sword, a decent bit of new schematics, and one of the best shields in the game as well as other stuff I can't remember of the top of my head. If nothing else, it's a better use for a perk point that some extra crafting materials or sitting on your horse for longer.

Shield of the Emperor you need to be at least lvl 23 to use it, it's got 33 armor, +4 Constitution, +30% Front Defense, +7% Heal Bonus, +8% Ranged Defense, Heal 15% of damage taken over 10 seconds

It's sold by the expensive vendor in val royeaux. (after you have the perk, and it only appears sometimes so you have to try different times)

Just craft the best weapons. Unique weapons all pale compared to what you can craft.
